Tweeter/speaker making crackling sound?

Ive replaced my tweeter thinking it was that but the problem is still there. Everytime I play a song that has a descent amount of b my penger side speaker AND tweeter make a crackling sound. Only the penger side. What could be wrong? All connections are good. New tweeter. The speakers are wired to a crossover and are wired correctly. Could it b my head unit or the speaker?Please help x(
