distanced relationships can be hard, i am currently in one and believe me its not easy, but it sounds as if your guy did not really want to commit, and if hes ignoring you, you might as well forget about it. making out with boy can be interpreted wrong by many girls also, you gotta be careful with that, it could be that he just got caught up in the moment and did not really want to make out, this is going to sound bad, but maybe he just wanted to have a little fun with no attachments.
