Who should I start in my fantasy league this week (13) Favre or Rodgers?

Going into the Sunday evening game it looks like I'll be down about 10 points and I will have D. Driver and P. Harvin plus my QB left to play. My opponent will have R Rice tomorrow. Which QB is a safer bet?
