Need help with my dog... please...?

i have had a chuaua for 13 yrs.. i dont think she has much longer to go.. how do i put this.. i thought she had gastric but however this gastric did not come from her it actully came out of her does anyone know what this could be it smells like poo this is why i thought that it was gastric... please some one help
