Who should I drop for Mike Williams?

I am picking up Mike Williams to play this Week. My other WRs to drop are Malcom Floyd (Cin), Brandon Lloyd (Hou), Steve Johnson (NE). Parenthesis are the week 16 opponents. So who is my best option to drop? I can also drop Matt Forte (NYJ) or Benson (Car). Forte seems like my best bet, I don't think I would start him next week. And I am not starting him this week either.
