What's the difference between moral and morale?

A moral is an ethical position, the idea that something is right or wrong, like stealing or not eating animals. Morale refers to how people feel, the spirit with which they do something. If someone says that the workers' morale is low, it means they don't feel good about their jobs and don't do them with much enthusiasm, don't feel good about the future.
