How on earth does one church slowly become such a m of hypocrisy?

I have watched my church really go downhill in the last 10 years or so. It used to be truly a spiritual place. I never heard gossip, I never heard people being two-faced, I never saw judgment, etc. Now I'm horrified at how much of all that goes on. I don't want to change churches, just out of sheer resistance to change. But, seriously, probably 75% of the congregation are like this. What would you do?
