Who is sick of the term "bi-partisan"?

As far as I know, the past 20 or so years have been pretty one-sided with party lines. It's not 'hip' to be 'Bi' on voting on issues that make things better or worse. I dont think people have actually read the stimulus bill enough to even know whats in it! sad
