Is it possible to program a Direct TV remote to work with an RCA Converter box?

Recently had the remote for an RCA Converter Box break (http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=rca+converter+box&hl=en&prmd=ivns&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&biw=1366&bih=667&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=6779839280218432158&sa=X&ei=ePHfTavtBI_4swOP3LGzBw&ved=0CIABEPMCMAA) and was curious if we could program our Direct TV remote that we have to work for it.
