Cough, phlegm, runny nose sumtimes,,, i want to smoke!!!!!?

umm im coughing phlegm comes out, but no pain, umm i triad smoking but it hurted,, is it because of the of the phlegm inside,,, if its cured can i continue smoking?,, well guyz i know smoking is bad, but im addicted,, my father told me u got a cold which i guess its true,,, cuz the place where i live is cold weather and the shower doesnt have boilers, so i shower with very cold water, i guess its because from cold ryt??,, but when i inhale smoke it hurts is it because of the phlegm thats my question. and thank you,,, guyz im not really good in english, so take care!!
