I need to know cost of 4 inch body lift on ford f250 plus labor and info on tires?

i need to know avg. cost of a 4 inch lift on a heavy duty ford and i have little knowledge on tires and rims. i am thinking i could fit 35' tires all terrain and some 20' rims. but i need to know the exact measurements for the tires that you would recommend. with the rims, those are just extras, but i would also appreciate your opinion on rims. i mud alot so i need all terrain. thanks get back to me asap
