Why does this happen at the worst possible time?

Ok i get s during school when i'm doing a presentation in front of the cl and stuff. and right now i'm "in the mood" but i don't want to go scavenging for lubricants plus i'm at my dads house. it also happens when i'm standing in front of girls it's really embaring. why?
