Who else thinks college football is bogus simply because of the playoff format?

I don't think college football is bogus, but it does need some type of a playoff system. The BCS Poll, or really any poll system is too easily influenced by the media, i.e. the talking heads over at ESPN and CBS, as well as NBC. Thanks to NBC, Notre Dame always seems to be in the mix of things even though they've sucked for years, and thanks to CBS and ESPN, an overhyped SEC team (LSU last year, Alabama in '08) is as well.
