My own hair care product?

i want to develop my own hair care product line which include, shampoo, hair moisturizer, oil sheen and a pomade.Selling and marketing the product is no problem for me i just have NO idea on how to go about getting the formula developed and packaged. If any one out there can help me with any advice or information it would be much appreciated
