How can I sync my album artwork from WMP to my LG DARE, it keeps coming up empty on my phone.?

I have the artwork in WMP, and it just wont sync to my phone, I know its a new phone, but I would like to see the artwork. I copied it from itunes to my pictures then added it to WMP and after all that, it didnt sync. =(
